Return Policy
 

The customer has the right to cancel their purchase by contacting us by email at info@goostickers.com no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the product.
 

The product must be returned together with a properly completed return form and a copy of the delivery confirmation or invoice. The direct costs of the return, such as shipping fees, as well as a €7 handling fee, shall be paid by the customer.
 

The return must be carried out according to the instructions provided to the customer after they have informed us of their wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. The product must be returned no later than fourteen (14) days after the customer has received the return instructions.
 

Cancellation will result in a refund of the amount paid. For this purpose, the customer must provide the bank account or payment card number and the name of the account holder on the return form, to which the refund will be made. The refund schedule will be determined in accordance with applicable legislation.
 

IMPORTANT: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the product is not returned in its original, unopened packaging or if the product is not, in the seller’s assessment, suitable for resale.
 

Please note: If the product has been modified or customized according to your own design, returns are not accepted.
